'Amazing Year 13 Students'

Message from the Head of School Mr J Aldred (Whole School - 13/08/2020)

The Year 13 students today received the results of their A Level and Vocational Qualifications. After what has been an unusual year for this cohort, I am exceptionally proud of the work they have put into their studies and resilience shown particularly over the last 6 months, all of which came to fruition today.

Amongst all of the achievements, we have students moving onto higher education including Oxford, Lincoln University, Sheffield Hallam and Nottingham Trent, studying a range of courses including Nursing, Business Management, Engineering and Art to name a few. We also have students entering higher level apprenticeships and the world of work.

I wish all of the Year 13 students all the very best with the next phase of their lives post-Garibaldi, and hopefully look forward to hearing about their continued successes in the coming years.
