The Garibaldi School Sixth Form Student Leaders 2022-2024

Students Leaders went through a rigorous interview process of questions and a presentation on how they would continue to make the Sixth Form 'Amazing'. They then met with Mr West to determine areas of priority. These included:

• Raising the profile of the Sixth Form throughout years 7 to 11 through assemblies, Development Time involvement, Q&A sessions with students and subject taster sessions
• Campaigning for a wider understanding of the importance of recycling
• Working with other Senior Leaders at the school on whole-school priorities, such as anti-bullying
• Co-ordinating and planning a series of 1:1 reading sessions with Year 7 students.
